If you have a discontinued IntelliScanner model that's no longer supported, this IntelliScanner Legacy Support website provides older downloads and resources to support your older scanner. We're pleased to provide this information to assist in your use of older models – however, the legacy models that are been discontinued for a number of years are no longer supported.

Can I move my data to a new computer?
Yes. You'll need to use the backup/restore utility in the IntelliScanner Dashboard under the "Tools" tab. Follow these instructions here for backing up and restoring your data. If you are using one of the Legacy models, make sure you download the Legacy software available here.
My mini/SOHO doesn't work on my Mac.
IntelliScanner SOHO and IntelliScanner mini's device driver is not supported and does not work on devices running OS X 10.11 El Capitan and later (released on September 30, 2015). These two products are discontinued. IntelliScanner SOHO and IntelliScanner mini will continue to work on devices running Mac OS X 10.5 - 10.10.
Can I upgrade to a new scanner?
Yes, we do offer a significant upgrade discount for new scanner models - here's more information on upgrading.
How can I receive technical support for my older IntelliScanner?
If your scanner is unsupported, we are unfortunately unable to offer any technical support beyond what we have available through our legacy help site - sorry about that!
IntelliScanner has offered barcode scanners for over 16 years, and models that have been discontinued for a number of years are ones we are no longer able to provide technical support services for.
