Restoring from a backup.
There's a backup/restore utility in the IntelliScanner Dashboard for safeguarding your data. The restore utility can only restore data that was backed up using the backup utility in the IntelliScanner Dashboard.
Here's how you restore your data from a backup:

Have the "Apparent Corporation Backup" folder you created handy - I'd recommend copying it to the desktop of the computer you're restoring on.

Launch the IntelliScanner Dashboard on your computer and click on the "Tools" tab and select "Restore Databases".

When prompted, select the backup folder you created (just select the main folder - don't navigate down into the folder). When the restore is complete, the data will be restored to your new computer.
Special note: Because Assets, Daneizo, and Inventory can locate their database files in a different place, they're not backed up as part of the regular Backup utility in the IntelliScanner Dashboard. There are special directions for properly restoring data for Assets, Daneizo, and Inventory.
