Can I use the Scanabout Pro while it's plugged into my computer?

No. The Scanabout Pro is a strictly wireless, Bluetooth barcode reader. It must be wirelessly paired with a computer in order to read barcodes.

It does charge via USB - you can use your computer or any USB/AC power adapter, such as a phone charger, to charge it.
