How do I add custom fields in Media?

Within Media, there are 5 user-defined custom fields. To add custom fields, select an item then click the "Edit" button. In the Edit window, click on the "Custom" tab then click on the "Edit Custom Fields" button. You can create as many custom fields as you want and each item can have 5 custom fields associated with it.
