My activation code is out of date or invalid.

The activation code in you package is valid for all of the current IntelliScanner software. Each application in the IntelliScanner Dashboard has it's own unique activation code. Depending on which IntelliScanner product you have, you will have one or more activation codes.

Make sure you are using the correct code for the correct application. Your software delivery card will have the name of the application with the code next to it. For instance, if your card shows "Media 3.0", use the code shown with the Media software in the IntelliScanner Dashboard.

When entering your software activation code, type it exactly as it appears on the card - don't forget the dashes.
