Return policy for direct sales made at www.intelliscanner.com
If you have questions about IntelliScanner, please contact IntelliScanner Customer Care for expert assistance. Most concerns are easily resolved, and it's critically important to us that each and every IntelliScanner customer is fully satisfied.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of shipment for a refund. As long a the product and accessories are returned in good condition, we will provide a refund of the full purchase price paid, less outbound shipping. Please contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization number (RMA) and return address.
All returns must be packed in the original packaging and include all accessories in good condition. If parts are missing or damaged, restocking fees may apply. Our return policy applies to orders placed on www.intelliscanner.com – if you purchased your IntelliScanner from somewhere else, their return policy applies, and you should contact them for more information.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA). Please ship your product via a method that provides a tracking number and a signature upon delivery. If a representative does not sign accepting receipt of a package, we cannot accept liability for your package. If you send a shipment without following these guidelines, we retain the sole right to refuse delivery of such return or deny credit.
If you believe your product is experiencing a hardware issue, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your scanner is in need of warranty repair or replacement, we’ll send you instructions for sending the scanner to us. Please note, you need a return authorization number (RMA) in order for us to accept your scanner for repair.
